As a dietary supplement, take 2 scoop (5g) mixed into your favorite beverage 3 times daily for the first 3 weeks, or as recommended by your physician. After 3 weeks the dose may be reduced to twice daily for maintenance.
Suggested Use For Athletics & Endurance: Take 5 grams twice daily. Take 30-45 minutes before and after exercise or physical activity. Additional doses may be taken during the activity if the duration of exercise is prolonged (several hours). For best results, use along with creatine to increase ATP levels in muscle tissue.
